Hi, we have leaf debris clogging up a downpipe outside our basement flay in Islington. Are you able to help clear it? I rain water is lapping over the edge of the flat roof because it cannot get down the down pipe and causing damp on the inside wall. I am currently away but the tenant is available to let you into the property. Please advise if you can help. Many thanks aida
