Before any work commences a survey and risk assessment will be carried out to ensure the team carry out the job safely. All works are carried out by fully trained technicians. In most cases our service can be provided with minimal equipment using ladders Roof ladders and safety harnesses, on occasions when a health and safety risk assessment dictates there may be the need to use other equipment such as MEWP’s (Cherry Pickers) or Scaffolding.
DRY CLEAN
The Dry Clean Package consists of:
- Survey & Risk assessment
- Cover any areas at risk from debris removed from roof
- Down pipes disconnected or plugged to prevent debris blocking them
- Moss algae and lichens removed from the tiles and ridge tiles
- Roof swept/brushed clear from all removed moss algae and lichens
- Gutters cleaned and checked and any minor repairs carried out
- Biocide fungal formula sprayed on to all roof tiles and ridge tiles
- All windows cleaned
- All roof debris cleaned from ground level
DRY CLEAN AND WASH
The Dry Clean and Wash package consists of:
- Survey & Risk Assessment
- Cover any areas at risk from debris removed from roof
- Down pipes disconnected or plugged to prevent debris blocking them

- Roof swept/brushed clear from all removed moss algae and lichens

- Roof washed using pressure washer
- Biocide fungal formula sprayed on to all roof tiles and ridge tiles
- All windows cleaned
- All roof debris cleaned from ground level
DRY CLEAN, WASH AND SEAL
The Dry Clean, Wash and Seal Package consists of:
