London roof and guttering offer a range of payment options to pay for services we have carried out for you.
We most type of bank cards with payment available by chip and pin or online via secure trusted payment services provider, we also offer the option to pay by direct bank payment this can be done via your own online banking services using GoCardless using direct debit transfer. We also accept bank cheques and cash payment.

Chip & Pin / Contactless Card Reader
We accept chip & pin payments which can be taken on completion of works, we use Paypal to process our payments, all payments are secure and safe. Our card readers also can accept contactless payments subject to value of transaction and you contactless payments services terms
Online
We also accept card payment online via Paypal card payment portal, we will send you an invoice, that will provide a pay now button or link to make fast secure and safe payment using your Visa or Mastercard.
Bank Payment Options
GoCardless
London roof and guttering have recently begun partnership with GoCardless, this payment option uses direct bank payments via the direct debit scheme to allow customers to make secure, safe and guaranteed payments direct from their Bank accounts. This system can be used to make one off payments or to collect recurring payments where required.
Online Banking
The most common way our customers make payment is using their own banks online payment facility from their accounts, normally referred to as direct bank transfer. We will send an invoice for payment, on the invoice will be our companies bank details, just remember to put your invoice number as a reference so that we can cross reference.
Other Payment Options
Bank Cheque
London roof and guttering will accept cheque payment for services completed, cheque payment should be made on completion. cheque must be for the full value of invoice amount and dated for date of completed works. The cheque should be made payable to London Roof and Guttering. A receipt will be issued on full clearance of funds.
Cash
London roof and guttering will accept cash payments for services, cash payment will need to be made in full to total amount of invoice and will be payable on completion of works. A receipt will be emailed or posted to confirm full payment received
FAQ About Payment Options
When do I need to make payment
Our standard payment terms are Payment on completion, unless otherwise stated or previously agreed payment should be made on completion of works/or on receiving invoice.
Can I pay part cash and part card payment
Yes Certainly, we can split the invoice to allow payment by cash and card payment, same payment terms apply and payment will need to be made in full by agreed time frame
Can I pay by credit card
Yes, certainly we accept both Visa and MasterCard credits cards. To pay by credit card just click on the payment button on invoice and it will direct you to Paypal where you will be able to make safe and secure payment
Who do I make cheques out to
Cheques should be made payable to “London Roof and Guttering” please ensure the cheque is dated correctly and signed. If you are sending cheque by post please right the invoice number on back so we can cross reference.
Do I need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal
There is no requirement to have a Paypal account, as we have a business account to receive payments. If you do already have an account the payment process may be a little quicker, you will also have a record on the account of payment made. However we do send a receipt for your records
Do I need to be registered for GoCardless payments
No, We hold an registered business account with them and will generate Direct Debit Mandates automatically which you will receive to complete and confirm details and acceptance.
Are my payments secure
Yes of course, we use the fully encrypted technology to ensure your payments and personal details are kept safe and secure. We hold up to date SSL certificates and we use PayPal a fully recognised and regulated UK payment services provider.
Can I pay monthly / Spread payments
Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide any monthly payment plans to spread the cost.
Do charge a fee for making payments
No, London roof and guttering do not add any charges for any payments.
