We initially contacted Steven Keating several years ago to fix a leak that other roofers had been unable to do. He did this and it has never leaked since. Some months later we asked him to install an opening skylight to our large fibreglass flat roof, to enable easy access for inspections and repairs; this was superbly done and has proved invaluable as inspections and even repairs can now be made without the need for scaffolding. Then just over a year ago we decided to replace 12 metres of ridge tiles with mechanically fixed ridge kits to remedy a leak and, although leaks are notoriously difficult to locate and often only by a process of elimination, this too has been fixed.Recently leaves, from a street tree fronting our house and our neighbours’ house had blocked the guttering and a shared downpipe and we were pleased to be able to get Stephen to remove the debris and unblock the pipe. Not a big job but necessary to prevent damage to the front of the houses by the overflow of water.I have no hesitation is recommending Steven Keating. His paperwork, quotations, and invoices are clear and concise and although it is very difficult at times to contact him and many jobs can only be done when the weather is dry, I know that his work is guaranteed and of a very high standard. I have no wish to consider the numerous leaflets pushed through our letterbox by other roofing companies …. our roof is now in excellent condition thanks to Steven.

I had a very poor experience with London Roof and Guttering. We had asked them to seal a gap between a downpipe and the wall to prevent rain water leaking through that gap.The work was not completed to specification and after they had finished, the next time it rained, quite a bit of water continued to flow through the gap.Moreover, our point of contact Steve was very poor at explaining issues to a layperson. He assumed knowledge and used terms that were very hard for a layperson to penetrate and understand what work needed to be done. Based on his vague communication, it was also very hard to hold him to account. I would not recommend this firm to people who do not have a good understanding of how the guttering in their house currently functions.Steve was also very unresponsive with requests for quotes and other information. I had to call him 11 times after his original visit to provide a quote.Overall, I would not recommend working with this firm.

London Roof and Guttering were recommended by my next door neighbour. Second time I've used them now. Excellent service, job done with no fuss. In the past other roofers wouldn't go near my roof without scaffold, even just to replace a slipped tile. Will use again next time. Thanks

I would have no hesitation in recommending London Roof and Guttering.We have just had our flat roof to rear and side of our end terrace property replaced by Steve and Mark. What a fantastic job they have done. It took a while to initially get hold of Steve but I am very glad I persevered. His quote was fair and accurate. His work is of a very high standard and Steve really goes the extra mile to the the best job. Steve and Mark were very easy to have around, hard working and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and explained clearly what would be done and when. The job at our home presented a few challenges but these were met with skill and good grace by Steve and Mark.The roof looks great.

Great company! They dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently and the service was top notch. Our gutter was leaking at the front of house and the resulting water stream was damaging the paint work and bricks. London R&G was able to book a short term slot and fixed it without problems for a reasonable fixed price. Recommen
